摘要
阐述了在清末法制现代化进程中,法学教育占据了举足轻重的地位,有力地推动了法律专门人才的培养和清末的法制现代化。同时也指出,就近代中国社会新陈代谢的过程来看,清末法学教育对近代中国法制现代化有着加速和阻滞的双重效应。
It is elaborated that, the law education occupied the pivotal status in the process of modernization of legal institution in the late Qing Dynasty. It effectively advanced the cultivation of specialized talent of law and the modernization of legal institution. It is also pointed out that, investigating the society alteration progress of modem China, the effect of law education in the late Qing Dynasty has double effects on the modernization of legal institution of modem China, which is accelerating and hindering.
