The paper focuses on an analysis of the oral ability of non-English majors and the reasons why they have difficulties in communicating in English from aspects of native language transfer,characters,culture shock and curriculum setting,followed by countermeasures in terms of language itself,bilingual cultural trainings along with teacher＇s shifting role especially in computer-aided teaching time,aiming to improve college English teaching with relevant strategies.
