介绍了CMC公司的UPB1张力传感器的工作原理和特性,根据张力传感器防腐防尘、稳定性高的特点,作为张力检测元件在镀膜机上的恒张力控制系统中起到重要作用。该系统在实际现场使用过程中张力控制精度高、系统运行稳定,可以应用于造纸、钢铁、纺织、涂布、橡胶和金属箔等卷取控制设备和生产线上。
This paper introduces the UPB1 load cell of CMC. It is a completely sealed corrosion-resisting and high-stability device used as a sensor in the constant tension control of plating. The device can be used in rolling industrial environments, including the production of paper, steel, textiles, roofing shingles, robber and foil products.
