摘要 介绍了对氯苯甲醛的合成及用途。合成方法包括对氯甲苯氯化水解法,根据氯化程度不同,有3种氯化水解法;对氯甲苯氯化氧化水解法;对氯甲苯直接氧化法,即二氧化锰氧化法、空气催化氧化法及电化学氧化法;对硝基甲苯氧化还原法。对氯苯甲醛产品在医药方面主要作为制备镇静药芬那露及氯苯氨酪酸的原料及中间体;农药方面主要用于合成植物生长调节剂烯效唑;染料方面用于制备染料酸性蓝;还可用作纺织助剂和感光材料中间体。 Synthesis and application of ρ - chlorobenzaldehyde were introduced. The methods for synthesizing ρ- chlorobenzaldehyde included p - chlorotoluene chlorination - hydrolysis which comprised three chlorination - hydrolysis ways based on the degree of chlorination such as ρ - chlorotoluene chlorination - oxidation - hydrolysis, direct oxidation method using manganese dioxide or air as oxidants or electrochemical - oxidation method, and nitrotoluene oxidation - reduction, ρ - Chlorobenzaldehyde could be used as raw material and intermediate for preparing sedative medicine fenarol and chlorobenzene aminobutyric acid in medicine and it could also be used to synthesized pentefezol as plant growth regulator in pesiticide, ρ - Chlorobenzaldehyde was used to prepare dyes - acid blue in dyes. It was also used as textile auxiliariy and intermediate of photographic materials.
