摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC,简称DM)与丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,采用水溶液法合成阳离子絮凝剂PDA,通过正交实验确定了最佳反应条件:即单体含量为6%,单体摩尔比[n(AM):n(DM)]为4:1,引发剂加量为单体总质量的1.5%,pH为8,反应时间6 h。讨论了单体加量及引发剂加量对聚合物除浊率的影响。
The cationic flocculant PDA was synthesized from dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC)and acrylamide(AM) by aqueous solution polymerization. The optimum reaction conditions obtained from orthogonal test were as follows : mass ratio of monomer was 6 %, molar ratio of AM to DM was 4 : 1, mass ratio of initiator to monomer was 1.5 %, pH of solution was 8, and the reaction time was 6 h. The effects of mass ratio of monomer and mass ratio of initiator to monomer on the rate of turbidity removal were discussed.
