民族药妇炎茶的急性毒性研究

Study on Acute Toxicity of Fuyan Tea,an Ethnomedicine

目的:了解民族药妇炎茶的急性毒性作用。方法:以妇炎茶561.6g/kg(140.4g/次,4次/日,总剂量相当于临床拟用日剂量的1123.2倍),对小鼠灌胃给药,给药后观察7天。结果:妇炎茶对小鼠体重、行为、进食、皮毛、眼和粘膜、呼吸、四肢活动均无任何影响,未出现任何毒性反应。结论:经急性毒性研究,为妇炎茶的临床安全用药提供依据。

Objective: To understand the acute toxicity of Fuyan Tea,an ethnomedicine.Method: Use Fuyan Tea of 561.6g/kg(140.4g/time,4 times/day, total dosage equal to 1 123.2 times of clinical daily dosage).Deliver the medicine to mice's stomach.Observe for 7 days after medicine administration.Result: Fuyan Tea caused no impact on weight,behavior,digestion,skin and hair,eye mucous membrane,respiration,activity of mouse limbs,and no toxic reaction has been identified.Conclusion: The study on acute toxicity provides a basis of safe clinic administration of Fuyan Tea.
