Design and implementation of the automatic burden control system on the bridge fibers of the tobacco leaf line

针对薄片烟丝生产线加纤胶和香精的人工配比劳动强度大、精度不高的问题,通过PLC和触摸屏技术实现加纤胶自动配料系统的自动控制。同时为了提高配比精度,做了一些有益的探讨和尝试,并在实践中取得了良好的效果。

In order to solve the problems of the heavy labor intensity and the lower accuracy on an artificial burden control on the bridge fibers and＇flavor, the paper designed an automatic burden control system by PLC and touch screen. To improve the burdening accuracy, some beneficial attempts and approaches were tried, and effects were achieved in practice.
