N,N′-二苯基-2,3,5,6-二酰亚胺基环己基-1,4-二酸的合成

Synthesis of N,N′-diphenyl-2,3,5,6-diimidocyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylic acid

以二环[2.2.2]-7-辛烯-2,3,5,6-均四羧酸酐与苯胺为原料,合成出中间产物N,N′-二苯基-2,3,5,6-二酰亚胺基-二环[2.2.2]-7-辛烯,再用高锰酸钾氧化得到标题化合物,两步反应的产率分别为75.60%和84.37%。用元素分析、IR、1HNMR和13CNMR确证了其结构。

N, N＇ -diphenyl-2,3 ,5 , 6-diimidocyclohexane-1, 4-dicarboxylic acid（DPICA） was synthesized by oxidation of N, N＇- diphenyl-2,3,5,6-diimido bicyclo [2.2.2] oct-7-ene （DPICE） with potassium permanganate. DPICE was synthesized by using bicyclo [ 2.2.2 ] oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic dianhydride and anihne as starting materials. Yield of two steps was 75.60% and 84.37% ,respectively .The structure of the product was characterized by elemental analysis, IR,1^HNMR and 13^CNMR.
