Comparison between the Kjeldahl methods for measurement of nitrogen and the modified one

目的:比较几种Kjeldahl氮测定的方法并对其改进。方法:采用几种Kjeldahl氮测定法,包括常量法、半微量法、改进常量法及Gerhardt法测定样品含氮量。结果:4种方法的测定结果相符。结论:改进的Gerhardt自动氮测定法操作简便,结果准确,适用于药品的质量控制。

Objective：To compare the measurement methods of nitrogen between different Kjel dahl methods and the modified one. Methods：Several Kjeldahl methods for measurement of nitrogen were used for comparisons including the macro-, semimicro-,modified macro-, and Gerhardt analyses. Results ： The results obtained by using four methods were of consistence but the improved Kjeldahl method was simple. Conclusion：The modified method may be more convenient and suitable for daily quality control.
