摘要
300MW裤衩型循环流化床锅炉两床失稳是运行中最常见的问题,如监视不及时调整不当即会引发严重的床料压死无法流化,甚至超温结焦的严重后果,本文通过本厂遇过的典型的两床失稳的案例,作一次运行调整的经验总结。
Two-bed instability of 300MW CFB is a common problem during commissioning, if don＇t surveillance carefully or adjust proper,it will bead to bed material pressed and can＇ t be vulcanized, even to slag. Through the case of our company iypical two-bed instability, this paper makes experience of adjustment during commissioning.
