利用“层次分析”法对石榴叶鞣质及主要成分减肥降脂活性的综合评价 被引量:5

An Evaluation of Anti-Obesity and Anti-hyperlipidemia of Pomegranate Tannins Using Hierarchy Program

摘要 利用层次分析软件,采用半数有效量(EC_(50))作为评价参数,对石榴叶总鞣质及其主要成分的减肥降脂作用效果进行拟合,分析了各成分的综合作用,找出了总鞣质中最具代表性的单体成分SY1,并在此基础上进一步验证了层次法分析软件的适用性。结果表明该软件能够有效地反映被评价成分的综合药效,并具有准确、简便易行、易操作等特点。 Using Hierarchy Evaluation Calculating Program (HECP) as a tool, a comprehensive pharmacological evaluation was made in vitro of the anti - obesity and anti - hyperlipidemia effects of total tannins and other medicinal elements in pomegranate leaves, based on EC50 as candidate data. Results showed that SY1 was a most important ingredient in the total tannins. The study also showed that the program was easy for operation with a clearly defined procedure and reliable results.
