摘要
本文回顾了国内外对大戟属植物中大戟二萜醇酯类成分毒性的研究概况,分析该类成分毒效与结构之间的关系,归纳总结该类化合物在大戟属植物资源中的分布,为大戟属植物资源以及大戟二萜醇酯类成分的开发利用提供新思路,并为其临床应用的安全有效提供科学依据。
