摘要
对工程项目承发包策划与工程项目界面之间的联系作了分析,从界面分类、界面之间的逻辑关系和界面管理的重要性3个方面对项目界面系统作了阐述。在对DBB、EPC和PMC承发包模式界面问题进行具体分析的基础上,探讨了界面对项目承发包策划的影响,承发包策划应考虑的问题,以及承发包策划应遵循的原则。
Firstly, the relationship of project procurement planning and project interface is analyzed. Secondly, elaboration of the project interface system is made separately from interface classification, interface logical relations and interface management importance. Finally, based on the discussion of the interface specific issues of DBB, EPC, PMC, approach the influence of interface to project procurement planning, including the issues which project procurement planning should consider as well as the principles should be followed.
