With the development and run of property management industry, the dispute become obstacles that counteracts the progress of Real Estate Management. The main reasons which are investigated and analyzed that result in appearance of the bother are some confusion between management and service which have been known of by people. The paper first analyzes the reason that result in dispute, roundly demonstrates the dialectic relation between management and service, but points out a few of connections which are useful for the implement of management and ministry, help participators recognize the attribute of management and service and clarifies the function of management and service during the implement of property management.
