摘要
近些年来,我国社会保障立法取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在立法工作严重滞后、立法层次低、立法体系不健全、立法保障范围过窄、欠缺与WTO的社会保障规则相适应的法律规范等问题。我国应尽快完善社会保障立法,建立起具有中国特色的社会保障法律制度。
The paper discusses the status quo and problems in the legislation of the social guarantee. It holds that the legislation work in this field has lag behind and we should set up a perfect law system of social guarantee as soon as possible.
