江西省“十五”期间消费需求与经济增长关系研究

A Study of the Relationship Between the Consumption Requirement and the Economic Increase During the Period of the Tenth Five-year-plan of Jiangxi Province

消费需求对经济增长具有拉动和导向作用。"十五"时期,江西省最终消费率低,消费需求增长速度慢。为了促进经济持续、快速、协调发展,必须提高居民消费率,特别是提高农村居民的消费率。为此,应提高最终消费率,增加居民收入和完善社会保障制度。

The consumption requirement has the directive and promoting function on the economic increase. The paper holds that we should raise the final consumption rate, increase the income and perfect the social guarantee system in order to promote the economic development of continuance, rapidness and harmony.
