经济属性是人的系统属性中的基本属性之一,在思想政治教育工作实践中要正视人的经济属性。对思想政治教育的投入将会产生两种效益,即社会效益和经济效益。思想政治教育的投入也是一种风险投入,产生良好效果的为有效投入,未产生良好效果的为无效投入,这就要求我们切实提高思想政治教育投入的针对性和有效性。在思想政治教育工作中同样存在一个市场供给与需求的关系问题:思想政治教育产品供给过度就会造成浪费或效率递减;思想政治教育对象的层次性决定了产品需求的多样性;精神产品具有物质属性和精神属性,其物质属性决定它必须受到经济规律的制约;思想政治教育产品既要满足社会需求,又不能忽略市场需求,既要重视产品的政治性特点,又要关注产品的经济性特征。

Spiritual products possess both material and spiritual attributes and the material attribute decides that spiritual attribute is restricted by economic law. The products of ideological and political education has to meet both requirements of society and market. The characteristics of politics and economy should be valued at the same time.
