摘要
选用Kingview6.5组态软件作为平台,并采用矿浆液位和尾矿排矿量串级控制,实现了浮选柱矿浆液位的自动检测及控制。试验结果表明,矿浆液位测量精确,并且系统控制精度在2.5%以内,完全满足选矿工艺对矿浆液位测量和控制的要求。
This paper selects the Kingview6.5 configuration software as a platform, it uses pulp liquid level and extracted mine tonnage of tailings cascade control, realized automatic-detection and automatic-control of the flotation column pulp level. Experimental results show that the pulp liquid level measurement is precise, and control precision is in less than 2.5%, and this system fully meet the pulp mineral processing.
