摘要
目的:研究开花结果对桔梗产量和总皂苷含量的影响,为桔梗规范化生产标准操作规程的制订提供依据.方法:选择二年生长势基本相同的植株,将其中的50%去除花蕾,另外的50%任其开花结果。结果:去蕾植株产量和总皂苷含量都较高。结论:生育期内除去花蕾,才能获得优质高产药材。
Objective： To study the influence of blooming and Fruiting on the Output and total sapoin and supply the reference for the SOP of P/atycodom grandiflorum （Jacq.）A. DC.. Methods： Choose the biennial plant,get rid of 50 % alabastrums of them , but make another bloom and fruit. Results： The output and total saponin of plant whose alabastrums had been get rid of are higher. Conclusion： Getting rid of alabastrums in breeding season we will gain hige-grade and high - yield medicinal herb .
