摘要
目的:希望筛选出能够产酸,产气、产生生物表面活性剂的微生物。方法:根据目标菌株的特性进行筛选。结果:得到8株菌均能降低原油黏度,降黏率最高能达到75.5%。结论:筛选的八株菌株确实具有降低原油黏度的作用,能够提高三次采油的采收率。
Objective: We hoped to sclect a bacterium which could produced some carboxylic acid and mix gas and biosurfactants and degraded the stick of crude oil effectively. Methods: According to the character of the bacterium, according to the character of the bacterim could produced some carboxylic acid and mix gas and biosurfactants. Results: Eight bacteria were isolated with the methods of enrichment culture and plate cultivation from oil of Daqing oil Field. the highest degradation ratio of crude oil reached to 75.5 %. Conclusion : Eight bacteria were isolated from oil of Daqing oil field could degrade the stick of crude oil effectively.
