摘要 为全面评价超高压聚乙烯反应器的安全性,从30CrNiMo8管材上取样作成各种标准试件,分别在常温和反应器设计温度下进行了拉伸、拉压、疲劳、断裂韧度及裂纹扩展速率等方面的测试研究。首次较全面地介绍了该管材的力学性能,并与AISI4340钢进行了比较。 In order to analyze and evaluate the safety of superhigh pressure polyethylene reactors several kinds of standard test samples have been made of 30CrNiMo8 tubular material.The tensile testing, the tensile and compress testing, the low cycle fatigue testing,the fracture toughness testing and the fatigue crack growth rate testing have been performed at room temperature and at the reactor design temperature respectively. Almost all of the mechanical properties of the 30CrNiMo8 tubular material are introduced for the first time.These mechanical properties have been compared with that of the AISI 4340 steel.
