冠心康颗粒药效学实验研究

摘要 目的:本次实验对冠心康颗粒(简称GG)药效学指标进行了考察。方法:1.用结扎冠状劝脉造成家兔急性心肌缺血模型,考察GG对家兔心肌梗塞面积和血清中乳酸脱氩酶的影响。2.小鼠常压耐缺氧试验.结果:GG高(4.65g/kg),中(3.10g/kg)剂量组明显降低心肌梗塞程度,明显抑制ST段抬高,明显降低乳酸脱氩酶的活性,与生理盐水组有非常显著差异(P值均<0.01)。GG具有明显延长小鼠耐缺氧时间,GG 16.5g/kg和11g/kg组小鼠生存延长分别为37.24%和24.27%,与生理盐水组有非常显著差异(P值均<0.01)。结论:冠心康颗粒具有延长小鼠耐缺氧时间,对实验性心肌缺血家兔具有抗心肌缺血、缩小心肌梗塞范围的作用. Objective: The experiment explore the pharmacodynamics index on Guanxinkang Granules(GG). Method: 1. An acute myocardial ischemia rabbit model was made by ligating the coronary artery .To explore the effect of GG by measuring myocardial infracted zone size and rabbits serum latic dehydrogenase(LDH). 2. The test of mouse hypoxia tolerance in normal pressure in fluence. Results: The groups of high (4.65g/kg) and middle (3.10g/kg) doses GG could reduce the degree of myocardial infarction, restrain the ST segment to rais up and lowering the activity of latic dehydrogenase(LDH) in evidence. Compared with the normal saline group, the differences in such index contrast were notable (P〈0. 01). GG could prolonged the hypoxia tolerance time of mouse. The percents of prolong living time of the groups of 16.5g/kg and 1lg/kg GG were 37, 24% and 24.27% which had a remarkable difference compared with the saline group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The possible mechanism of GG is that it could could prolong the hypoxia tolerance time of mouse and prevent from myocardial ischemia and diminish the size of myocardial infracted zone.
