腔内隔绝术治疗Stanford B型胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤

Endovascular Graft Exclusion For Stanford B Type Thoracic Aortic Dissecting Aneurysms

目的:报导我院经治的5例Stanford B型胸主动脉央层动脉瘤的初步体会。方法:术前经彩超、CTA、MRI检查及1例作主动脉造影均证实为降主动脉3区的单一裂口。在DSA动态监视下顺利完成介入治疗。结果:5例均一次成功植入单一移植物,术后无心肺骨功能表竭及瘫痪等严重并发症,均治愈出院。结论:选择降主动咏3区的单一裂口病人进行腔内隔绝术治疗较为顺利安全,是开展本项工作取得良好开端的重要因素。

Objective： Report five patients received to operate the endovascular exclusion for Stanford B type dissecting aneurysms of thoracic aorta successfully. Methods： All five patients preoperative CTA, MRI and colour echo showed single tear in the segment of the descending thoracic aorta. They were performed under DSA guidance, Results： Five cases were treated by one graft. No complications, such as myocardial infarction, lung failure, kidney failure or paralysis, Conclusion： The early results of the present study implicated that Endovascular Graft Exclusion might be safe treatment for selected the single tear in the segment 3 of the descending thoracic aorta can get a good begining.
