摘要
通过对低合金钢焊接高压气瓶焊接区裂纹进行的实验研究及其安全分析,确定了高压气瓶的损伤机理及临界裂纹尺寸。在此基础上,计算了气瓶的疲劳寿命,且其寿命与实物实验值吻合,因此可以说,带裂纹的气瓶在给定的设计条件下可以继续使用。
Through the experimental study of weld crack of low alloy steel welding gas bottle under high pressure and its safty analysis,the damage mechanism and the critical crack size are investigated,in this paper. On the basis of analysis,the fatigue life which is in line with the experimental value is calculated. It is concluded that the bottle containing crack is able to work continuously when the design conditions are satisfied.
