波形膨胀节在浮头式换热器试压装置中的应用及分析计算

Application of Bellows Expansion Joint in Pressure tested Device of Floating Head Heat Exchanger and Its Analysis Calculation

针对浮头式换热器的不同试压场合，提出了两类波形膨胀节试压装置，并根据试压装置的作用机理对波形膨胀节的薄膜应力、轴向变形和受力进行了分析，据此得出了一套设计计算方法。

The application of bellows expansion joint in pressure tested device of floating head heat exchanger is described,and two kinds of pressure tested devices in different spots are offered. Moreover,according to the action of pressure tested device,membrane stress,axis deformation and force of bellows expansion joint are also analyzed. Finally,a practical calculating method for pressure tested device by means of the foregoing analysis is provided.
