SEDC gorgeous turnaround

8月10日，剑腾液晶显示项目一期工程竣工投产，上海市副市长胡延照出席并讲话。中国大陆第一片第五代TFT—LCD用彩色滤光片在上海诞生．结束了中国大陆TFT—LCD面板生产中彩色滤光片长期依赖进口的局面，标志着中国本土企业开始向TFT—LCD液晶产业链高端产品领域进军。

Jian Teng LCD project I finished on August 10th.The project has been invested by Shanghai Electronics Development Company(SEDC)and Jian Du of British Virgin Islands together.SEDC holds 60% shares. 15 years ago,SEDC was in heavy crisis,having more than 2000 middle and small companies and managed by administrative department.In the past 15 year,it not only become a big company group with 10 billion assets,but also turns to an assets management company. 15 years,a gorgeous turnaround. Xu Jiashu,director of Shanghai Comprehensive Development Research Institute,said that the development of SEDC is a microcosm of reform of state-owned assets in Shanghai.
