新型丙烯酸减阻耐磨涂料的制备及其磨损机理研究

摘要 采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯均聚物为成膜物,以二硫化钼(MoS2)、丁腈橡胶/ABS树脂为固体润滑剂和增韧弹性体,加入其他助剂,获得一种新型的减阻耐磨涂料,并对其磨损机理进行了初步的探讨。该涂料可用于综合液力系统传动轴的表面,解决了极端条件下机械的润滑和耐磨问题。 A kind of new anti - friction abrasion resistant coating is prepared with methyl methacrylate homopolymer as binder, MoS2 as solid lubricant, butadiene acrylonitrile rubber (BNR)/ acrylonitrile -butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin as flexibilizer, and other additives. Meanwhile, the abrasion mechanism is primarily studied. The above- men- tioned coating can be used on the surface of transmission shaft of hydraulic system to improve the lubricating and abrasion resistant properties in the extremely rigorous circumstances.
