摘要
青藏线西格段增建第二线应急工程在我国西北铁路史上首次采用了一次性铺设全区间无缝线路的设计与施工.根据西格二线应急工程无缝线路施工的经验,简要阐述了无缝线路长钢轨铺设、应力放散、锁定等施工方法、工艺,以及无缝线路胀轨、断轨的应急措施.
For the first time in the northwest railway history, the second emergency project line of Qinghai - Tibet Railway has finished the designs and constructions of entire interval continuous welded rail track at one go. According to the experiences of emergency project of continuous welded rail track construction of Xi-Ge second line, the author explicated the construction methods and technologies of comtinuous welded rail track' s rail pavement, stess irradiation and lock in, and the emergency measures of rail expand and rail fracture.
