高校体育专业教学中培养社会体育指导员工作研究

Research of Cultivating Social Sports Instructors in Hinger Education of Sports Specialized Teaching

随着全民健身计划的实施,越来越多的人投身到体育健身活动中.与此同时,出现了体育人口增多而社会体育指导员匮乏的现象.针对这一现象,体育院校应在体育专业教学中发挥自身的优势,努力培养社会体育指导员,有效缓解社会体育指导员与社会需要量之间供不应求的矛盾.本文在充分论证体育专业教学中培养社会体育指导员的可行性后,提出了利用高校体育专业教学优势培养社会体育指导员的具体措施和建议.

With the implementation of nationwide healthy-body plan, more and more people participate in sports activities. At the same time, there is a phenomenon that sports population increases but social sports instructions are deficient. In view of this phenomenon, the physical culture institutions should display their own superiority in the sports specialized teaching and try their best to cultivate which social sports instructors in order to alleviate the contradiction which social sports instructors can not meet the demand of the social required quantity. The thesis is fully demonstrating the feasibility of cultivating social sports instructors in sports specialized teaching, then putting forward detail steps and suggestions of cultivating social sports instructors on the basis of making full use of sports specialized teaching resources and superiority.
