复合食品包装袋中二氨基甲苯的GC-MS测定方法研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的:建立二氨基甲苯残留的气相色谱一质谱检测方法。方法:沸水浸取样品中二氨基甲苯后,用甲苯进行液一液萃取,经三氟乙酸酐衍生化,再将衍生物进行GC—MS定性定量分析。结果:方法最低检出浓度为0.0002mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.5%(n=6),样品加标回收率为98.11%~101.21%。结论:将GB/TS009.119—2003方法中的不足进行了一定的改良,用GC—MS方法检测复合食品包装袋是二氨基甲苯残留量,结果满意。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of 2,4 -Diaminotoluene residues by GC- MS. Method:2,4 - diaminotoluene in samples was extracted with boiling water, and the water was liquid - liquid extracted with methylbenzene. Finally,2,4- diaminotoluene of methylbenzene was derivated with trifluoro- acetic anhydride and its derivative was used for determination by GC -MS, Results:The detection limits were 0. 0002 mg/L,and RSD was 2. 5% (n =6) ,the recoveries were between 98. 11% and 101.21%. Conclusion:The established method is quite suitable for identification and quantization of 2,4 -diaminotoluene in composite laminated food packaging bag, and the bugs of GB/TS009. 119 -2003 were improved.
