摘要 目的:研究化妆品中镉的测定方法。方法:取一定试样用浓硝酸水浴消化后,应用石墨炉原子吸收测定其镉的含量。结果:本方法测定化妆品中镉最低测定浓度为0.001mg/kg,回收率为95.5%~100.0%。结论:石墨炉原子吸收测定化妆品中的镉具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点,适于广泛使用和推广。 Objective:To study the determination method of cadmium in cosmetics. Methods:The content of cadmium in the samples was determined by automatic graphite stove atom absorb spectrometry after the samples were digestes by HNO3. Results: Using this method, the least determination concentration of cadmium was 0. 001 mg/kg and the recovery rate was 95.5% - 100. 0%. Conclusion:The method has many advantages such as celerity, high accuracy and degree of precision. It is appropriate for use and extension.
