摘要 目的:建立测定全血中锡的新方法。方法:应用Triton X-100稀释样品,横向塞曼石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定样品中痕量锡。结果:选定了最佳测量条件,该方法的灵敏度、精密度均能满足检测工作的需要。本法对锡的最低检出量为0.63Pg,回收率在92.3%~99.4%之间。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度和精密度高,适用于全血样品中痕量锡的测定。 Objective:To establish a new method for determination of tin in blood. Methods:The samples were diluted in a medium containing Triton X - 100 before being introduced directly into the furnace and then detected by Zeeman GFAAS. Results: Under the best condition, the sensitivity and precision were suitable for the determination while the rate of recovery was controlled between 92. 3 percent to 99. 4 percent. The lowest detection limit of tin was 0. 63 pg. Conclusion:This method is simple, quick, accurate and sensitive. It is a very good method for detecting tin in blood.
