摘要
目的:采用新的消解方法测定海产品中的汞。方法:利用微波消解冷原子吸收法。结果:优化微波消解条件,标准曲线相关系数为0.999,相对标准偏差为3.6%,平均回收率85%-105%。结论:该方法准确度和精密度良好,是一种简便、快速、可行的测定海产品中汞的方法。
Objective:To use neotype digestion device to digest marine products and then determine mercury. Methods:After microwave digestion, we determine mercury in marine products by cold atomic absorption method. Results:The correlation coefficient was 0. 999, RSD was 3.6% , the average recovery rate of mercury was 85% - 105%. Conclusion:The method has good ac- curacy and precision. It's a fast, simple and feasible method for analyzing marine products.
