人血浆高敏感性C反应蛋白与代谢综合征相关性分析 被引量:1

Analysis on correlation between high sensitivity reactive protein C levels in human plasma and metabolic syndrome

摘要 目的:了解我国人群血浆高敏感性C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)水平与代谢综合征(Ms)关系及其它影响hs—CRP水平的相关因素。方法:1198例血浆标本来自2006年3月-2006年11月在浙江省桐乡市第三人民医院体检人群。采用BeckmanIX20血生化全自动生化仪及其配套试剂,测定上述空腹血浆标本中血糖(FPG)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)和hs—CRP水平。MS诊断标准参照中华医学会推荐标准。采用SPSSl3.0统计学软件,分析hs—CRP水平与Ms关系及其它影响hs—CRP水平的相关因素。结果:男性hs—CRP水平(x^-±s=1.55±0.53)高于女性(x^-±s=1.32±0.56)(P〈0.001)。15.3%被检者(183/1198)患有MS,其hs—CRP水平明显高于非MS者(P〈0.001)。各MS判断指标中,分别有肥胖、高血压病、糖尿病、高TG、低HDL—C时,其hs—CRP水平也明显升高(P〈0.001)。排除年龄、性别影响后,hs—CRP水平与MS显著相关(OR值2.18,P〈0.001)。结论:hs—CRP水平与MS密切相关,hs—CRP水平增高可作为独立反映MS发生的标志性检测指标。 Objective:To determine the correlation between high sensitivity reactive protein C (hs - CRP) levels and metabolic syndrome (SM) in Chinese populations and understand the other factors to affect the hs - CRP levels. Methods: A total of 1198 cases of blood plasma samples were from the populations for physical examination in the Third Peoples' Hospital of Tongxiang city in Zhejiang province during Mar. to Nov. of 2006. By using the Auto - Blood Biochemical Analysor Beckman LX20 and its matched reagents, the levels of FPG, TG, TC, HDL - c, LDL - c and hs - CRP in the samples were quantitatively detected. The diagnostic standard of MS was referred to that recommended by Chinese Medical Association. The correlation between the hs - CRP levels and MS, and the other factors to affect the hs - CRP levels were analyzed by using a statistical analysis software SPSS13.0. Results:The hs - CRP levels in the males (x^- s = 1.55 ±0. 53 ) were remarkably higher than that in the females (x^- s = 1.32 ± 0. 56) (P 〈 0. 001 ). 15. 3 % of the detected individuals (183/1198 ) were found to suffering from MS, and their hs - CRP levels were obviously higher than that from the non - MS individuals (P 〈 0. 001 ). In the indexes for diagnosis of MS, obesity, hypertension, diabetes, high TG level and low HDL - c level showed close correlations with higher levels of hs - CRP (P 〈 0. 001 ). After removing the effects of age and sex, a statistically significant correlation was still presented between the hs -CRP levels and MS ( OR value = 2. 18, P 〈0. 001 ). Conclusion:There is a close correlation between the hs - CRP level and MS. The high level of hs - CRP can be considered as an independent marked detection index to reflect the generation of MS.
