摘要
目的:了解珠海市各餐厅的池养水产品及池水中孔雀石绿残留的情况。方法:水产品:采用高效液相色谱法。水样:先用水体中孔雀石绿快速检测试剂盒预测,阳性样品再用高效液相色谱法确证的方法。对珠海市各餐厅、部分水产农贸批发市场、超市的水产品及存放池的水样进行了孔雀石绿的检测。结果:水产品:在42个品种205份样品中,有15个品种21份样品检出孔雀石绿残留,检出率为10.2%。含量最高的样品为394.4 ng/g。水样:在105份水样中检出一份样品含有孔雀石绿残留,含量为16.3 ng/ml,水样的检出率为0.95%。结论:水产品中孔雀石绿残留的检出率达10.2%,水样中孔雀石绿残留的检出率为0.95%。
Objective:To determine levels of malachite green residues in aquatic foods and pool water from restaurant in Zhuhai. Methods:Determine malachite green residues in aquatic foods by high -performance liquid chromatography. Qualitatively de- termine malachite green residues in water by malachite green reagent sets and analyzed by high - performance liquid chromatogra- phy. Results:Totally there were 21 samples detection malachite green residues in 42 variety 205 aquatic foods sample, pick out rate were 10. 2%. Totally the is out the 1 sample detection malachite green residues in 105 water sample, pick out rate were 0. 95%. Conclusion:The malachite green residues pick out rate respectively were 10. 2% and 0. 95% in aquatic foods and pool water from restaurant.
