关于当前矿区农民工权益保护现状的调查与思考——以湖北省某市A镇为例

农民工权益保护问题是"三农"工作的热点和难点。本文在全面深入调研的基础上,以矿区农民工这一特殊群体为考察对象,从劳动权益、政治权益、社会权益三大方面阐述了当前矿区农民工权益保护的现状及存在的问题,分析了产生问题的原因,并且理论结合实际地提出了如何保护这一特定农民工群体权益的具体对策,具有较强的前瞻性和现实意义。

Safeguarding the peasant laboror＇s rights and interests is the focus of the work of agrlculture,rural area and peasants. The author on the basis of the deep investigation, taking peasant laborors in mining area, this special group, as the investigation object, elaborates the present situation and existing problems in the peasant laboror＇s rights and interests safeguard from rights and interests of work, politics and society these three aspects. He analyzes the reasons and puts forward practical countermeasures on how to safeguard the peasant laboror＇s rights and interests.
