This paper introduces the working mechanisms of smooth blasting, theidentifying methods for smooth blasting technical parameters, and the evaluatingmethods for smooth blasting effects. In addition, it apphes the above methods inthe construction of Wen - Fu Railway and reaches good results. Results show thatthese methods are of referential value in seaming mechanism of smooth blasting, selection of technical parameters, and engineering practice.
