用微乳液法制备CeO_2纳米粒子

Study on CeO_2 Nanoparticles Prepared with Microemulsion Process

摘要 以Tween-80作为表面活性剂、正己醇作为助表面活性剂、环己烷作为油相、Ce(NO3)3溶液或氨水作为水相,采用微乳液工艺在温度为800℃左右的条件下成功制备出了CeO2纳米晶.XRD研究表明,所制得的Cd:h纳米晶属立方晶系,无杂相.TEM结果表明:粉末颗粒细小,颗粒尺寸在20~70nm之间,近似球形. Pure CeO2 nanoparticles are prepared at about 800℃ with W/O microemulsion consisting of Ce (NO3)3 solution or ammonia (water), Tween-80 (surfactant), n-hexyl alcohol (cosurfactant), and cyclo- hexane (oil). With XRD study, it is found that the resulted CeO2 nanoparticle belongs to single phase cubic. With transmission electron microscopy (TEM) study, CeO2 powder particle is tiny with the crystallite size between 20 - 70 nm and the shape of the particle is approximately spherical. The synthesis mechanism is also analyzed.
