背根神经节内注射药物对髓核致炎作用的影响

摘要 目的探讨背根神经节(DRG)内注射药物对髓核所致炎性神经痛的作用。方法大鼠自体髓核移植至单侧L5,L6神经节周围,观察大鼠机械刺激,热刺激回缩阈值变化率及背根神经节形态学改变。给予相应致炎神经节内药物干预,观察其对大鼠行为学及相应神经节形态学改变的影响。结果自体髓核移植可以导致明显的机械刺激痛觉过敏及神经节的炎性病理改变,背根神经节内注射地塞米松,可以显著改善髓核所致的机械刺激痛觉过敏(P<0.05)及炎性反应的程度。结论背根神经节内注射地塞米松有助于改善髓核组织引起的炎性神经痛。 Objective To evaluate the effects of dorsal root ganglion injection on histology changes of dorsal root ganglion and pain-related behaviors.of nucleus pulposus. Methods Autologous nucleus pulposus was applied to the peripheral of the L5, L6 DRG .Based on this animal model, mechanical sensitivity and thermal sensitivity testing device were used to quantify behavior test .Hemattoxylin and eosin staining was used to observe the histologic changes of DRGs. Results Peripheral applying of the nucleus pulposus to nerve root and DRG caused mechanical allodynia ,but thermal hyperalgesia was not oberserved. Significant endoneurial edema, inflammation reaction can be seen in the DRGs. The injection of hormone into DRG could diminish the inflammation reaction and improve the degree of mechanical allodynia. Conclusions The injection of anti-inflammation drug into DRG, could diminish the degree of mechanical allodynia caused by topical application of NP, this suggested that anti-inflammatory therapy,may become an effective treament of sciatica due to disc herniation.
