为了改善昆明主城区一环路以内的交通环境,解决交通拥堵,昆明市政府开展了交通整治项目。该文阐述了该项目的系统研究过程和实施效果,包括项目背景、问题分析、合理制订实施目标、如何选择优化措施、详细的设计方案、相关的配套设计及实施效果。

In order to improve the traffic environment within No.1 Ring Road of the main city area and to solve the traffic jam in Kunming, the municipality of Kunming carries out the traffic harnessing project. The article sets forth the systemically studying process and the implementation result of this project, including the project background, problem analysis, reasonably making out the implementation objective, how to select the optimized measures, the detail design scheme, the relative supporting design and the implementation result.
