该文以当前道路交通污染日趋严重的事实为背景,介绍了目前国内外路表径流污染处理研究现状,提出了道路路表径流污染处理体系设计的主要内容和设计流程,为建立路表径流污染处理的新型体系提供理论依据。

Taking the fact that the road traffic pollution has become a serious problem recently as the background, the article introduces the present situation of studying the treatment of road surface runoff pollution at home and abroad now, puts forward the main design contents and the design flow of road surface runoff pollution treatment system and provides the theoretical basis for establishing the new system of the road surface runoff pollution treatment.
