摘要 卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻损伤的机制及影响因素的研究是近年来关于生殖能力贮存的研究热点。近年来随着细胞生物学及分子生物学的迅速发展,对卵母细胞冷冻损伤的影响因素研究取得了巨大进展。综述冷冻保护剂、卵母细胞特点及发育阶段、降温速率、卵母细胞的外围结构、冷冻方法等因素对卵母细胞冷冻损伤的影响机制及降低卵母细胞冷冻损伤的最近进展。
