促排卵治疗与卵巢肿瘤发生风险 被引量：3

摘要 促排卵药物的使用使不孕症的治愈率不断提高,但促排卵药物的使用是否会增加卵巢肿瘤的风险性也引起关注,二十余年来,各类研究报道两者的相关风险性不一致。就卵巢肿瘤发生的流行病学、生殖与卵巢肿瘤的关系、促排卵治疗与卵巢肿瘤发生风险的相关理论,如持续排卵假说、促性腺激素假说、激素假说和炎症假说等以及相关临床研究进行综述。
