无精症者在胞浆内单精子注射中的精子来源

摘要 胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)技术及外科附睾和睾丸取精术和精子体外成熟等重大技术进步改变了原先不可治愈的睾丸衰竭(非梗阻性无精子症)或不可修复的梗阻性无精子症,只要在男性生殖道中找到并能得到精子,利用胞浆内单精子注射就可获得高度有效的受精率,使无精症患者有机会成为生物学父亲。综述无精症患者显微受精的各种精子来源途径,并讨论各项技术的利弊和安全性。
