长江流域节水型社会建设面临问题与重点分析

Analysis on major problems related to building of water-saving society in the Yangtze River Basin

节水型社会建设本身是一个复杂的动态系统。不同的流域或区域因水资源条件、经济发展水平、历史文化和用水习惯的差异,节水型社会建设重点也不相同。基于我国节水型社会建设理论,在明确长江流域节水型社会建设的必要性、存在问题的基础上,根据长江流域水资源特点、经济发展要求,提出了长江流域节水型社会建设的重点。

The establishment of water-saving society is a complex dynamic system. The focuses of building water-saving society vary in different places, due to variety of water resource conditions, economic and social development level, history and culture and water use habits. The paper clarifies the necessity and problem with water-saving society establishment in the Yangtze Basin, based on the theory and introduces the key points of water-saving society establishment in the basin in accordance with the conditions of water resource and requirement of economic development in the region.
