摘要
建立反相离子对HPLC法测定甲麻芩苷那敏片中三组分的含量。采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以[0.2%辛烷磺酸钠溶液-三乙胺(100∶0.2,用磷酸调节pH值为4.3)]-甲醇(50∶50)和(40∶60)为流动相,分别测定盐酸甲麻黄碱、黄芩苷及马来酸氯苯那敏,检测波长为215nm,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1。盐酸甲麻黄碱、黄芩苷及马来酸氯苯那敏的线性范围分别为16~125μg.mL-1(r=0.9999)、11~85μg·min^-1(r=1.000)及26~102μg·min^-1(r=0.9991),平均回收率分别为99.7%(RSD=1.1%)、99.4%(RSD=1.1%)及100.2%(RSD=1.6%)。本方法简单、迅速、准确,可用于甲麻芩苷那敏片中三组分的含量测定。
A RP- Ion pair HPLC method for Hydrochloride, Baicalin and Chlorphenamine Maleate assay of three composition of Methylephedrine Tablets was established. The method was carried out on the diamonsil C18 Column, [0.2% sodium Octanesulfonate- triethylamine (100 : 0.2, adjust pH value to 4. 3 with phosphoric acid)] -methanol (50 :50) and (40 : 60) was used as the mobile phase, to determine Methylephedrine Hydrochloride. Baicalin and chlorphenamine Maleate, respectively. The detection wavelength was 215 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The linear range for Methylephedrine Hydrochloride. Baicalin and chlorphenamine Maleate were 16~125μg·min^-1(r=0. 9999). 11-85μg·min^-1 (r= 1. 000) and 26~102μg·min^-1(r= 0. 9991), respectively. The average recoveries rates of method were 99.7% (RSD=1.1%). 99.4% (RSD=1.1%) and 100.2% (RSD=1.6%) respectively. The method is simple, quick and accurate, it can be used for quality control of three composition in the drug.
