摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定咳特灵胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。用Diamonsil C18为色谱柱,流动相：乙腈-1%三乙胺与1%磷酸溶液（16∶84）,流速：1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长：270 nm。马来酸氯苯那敏的线性范围为0.418～4.18μg（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为101.44%（n=9）,RSD为1.7%。本法快速、简单、准确,专属性强,分离效果好。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of chlorphenamine maleate of Keteling capsule. A Diamonsil C18 column was used with acetonitrile- 1% phosphoric acid and 1% triethylamine solution （16 ： 84） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1, 0 mL·min^-1, and the detecting wavelength was 270 nm. The linear range of chlorphenamine maleate was 0. 418～4. 18 μg, r=0. 9999, average recovery rate was 101.44% （n=9） and RSD was 1.7%. The method is fast, simple, accurate, specific and with a good separation result.
