摘要
建立蒙药增登-25味丸的含量测定方法。采用液相色谱法测定胡椒碱的含量。色谱柱：HypersilC18,流动相为甲醇-水（70∶30）,流速：1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温：30℃,检测波长：343 nm;胡椒碱的线性范围为0.03787～0.7574μg,相关系数r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为96.95%,RSD=0.9%,该方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,可用于本品的质量控制。
The method to determine piperin of Mongolia traditional medicine ZengDeng-twenty five Pills by HPLC was established. The linear range of piperin was within 0. 03787～0. 7574 μg, r=0. 9999. The average recovery rate was 96.95%, RSD=0.9%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of ZengDeng-twenty five Pills.
