摘要
建立注射用阿奇霉素的细菌内毒素检查方法。注射用阿奇霉素对细菌内毒素检查有抑制作用。通过试验,采用加入离子补充剂的方法可排除干扰。
A bacterial endotoxin testing methord of Azithromycin for Injection was established. Azithromycin for Injection presented inhibiting effects on the testing which could be eliminated by puting in the ion supplement.
