摘要
分别收集常用的不同厂家的吸入型气雾剂:15批沙丁胺醇气雾剂、9批盐酸异丙肾上腺素气雾剂和4批硫酸特布他林气雾剂,按照《中国药典》2005版二部方法对其质量做以检验和评价。并对下版《中国药典》收载的吸入气雾剂的两项重要考察项目每揿主药含量和雾滴分布做出建议。
Several common inhalation aerosols from different manufacturers such as 15 batches of Salbutamol Aerosol, 9 batches of Isoprenaline Hydrochloride Aerosol and 4 batches of Terbutaline Sulfate Aerosol have been collected and tested, their quality have also been evaluated. The suggestion to Content of active ingredient delivered by actuation of the valve and Aerodynamic Size Distribution of inhalation aerosols in the following edition of ChP has been made.
